Our Mission
CCI manning strategy is based on CCI being an administrative hub
and each Client’s manning pool then being a satellite of CCI. The Client, through this satellite system, thereby has its own dedicated workforce of Seafarer’s who, from the initial recruitment stage, are treated as the Client’s exclusive employees.
