We have been audited a lot of times for the past 11 years but everytime, an Audit is approaching, we usually feel goose bumps and the preparation is a bit taxing. It is the monitoring and measuring process performance and operations ensuring increased efficiency and improved customer satisfaction
The External Audit done by our Certifying body AJA Registrars and their very good Auditors made us so confident that we are going to the pass the Re-certification audit with flying colors.
AJA Registrars is accredited for a large in a range of Industrial and Commercial sectors and operates throughout the globe, ensuring that they have the expertise to fully understand our operations and our customer needs.
The Quality Policy of the Company is the first document that is being requested from us.
Crewcare Inc is committed to provide qualified, certified and medically fit seafarers in accordance with the National and International rules and Regulations, which consistently and continuously meets the requirements of Customers.
This was achieved by the established and implemented Managerial and Operational processes which had emerged from the combination of sound Managerial and long lasting experience in crew recruitment.
Crewcare Inc, is committed to continually improve the effectiveness of Quality Management System. We are all working hard to improve quality in providing services and consequently to achieve the satisfaction of the customer and continually improve our QMS.
Action Plans after the Audit is necessary which is also one that is attainable.
The successful Surveillance Audits are the result of the continued cooperation from our Management and staff, together with effective Internal Audits and Management Reviews that we showed to our Auditors to ensure that everyone is singing from the same hymn sheet.
This Re-Certification Audit is also a Transition Audit as we will be having the next Audit, same time next year for the ISO 9001- 2015 Edition and if we pass this Audit, we will be given a new ISO Certificate which is good for 3 years.
The final part of the Certification Cycle is the more comprehensive Re-certification Audit at the conclusion of the third surveillance year. Based on this visit, recommendations were made on certification renewal (for another 3 year cycle), together with any adjustment required to the ongoing surveillance plan; based on observed trends throughout our certification cycle.
We had three Observations and revisions or documentations on these will be shown to the Auditors in their next visit.
We will be sending Managers and Staff to attend the ISO related Training Course (ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System documentation and Quality Management System Awareness.
Recommendation for continued certification were the final Auditors’ recommendation.
